This new icon follows the same convention of solid white background to ensure it renders well regardless of light/dark theme, which is something we cannot fully control, as per
This new dark icon is dedicated for the Preview version of the extension to make it more obvious that this is different from stable and allow users to more easily tell the two versions apart.
