When using the invite flow in the web UI (/onboarding/install), the download link goes to the link https://go.hashi.co/waypoint-beta-binaries which is currently non-public (resolves to Okta sign-in)

Ah good catch, thank you. Yes we ran an internal beta of the product at HashiCorp and need to revert to the "public" onboarding flow.
