Hello,
While discussing this year's Summer of Code idea over at haskell-servant/servant/issues/1102, @alpmestan suggested the project described in this proposal and volunteered to mentor for it.
One note: I wasn't sure the ultimate audience for this proposal, so I added some details about Servant itself at the beginning.
I'm happy to take any feedback or suggestions.
