Welcome to Partical Machine

this project is designed to aid in the creation of partical animations for the web. It consists of a User 
Interface for customising your partical animation and a canvas to see the animation.

	- provide designers with no programming experience a tool to prototype sophisticated partical animations
	- satisfy your partical animation urges
