Windows RUI fix (+jigglebones)

For real this time.

• Threaded MDL reading
• Fixed jiggle bones
• Fixed RUI extraction/insertion on Windows (Other platforms unaffected (they worked already))

Bunch of things, mainly:

• Animations no longer jitter when crouching
• RUI mesh extraction
• A bunch of QoL UI tweaks

Plus a bunch of under-the-hood shit i wasn't told about
