I decided to release my recent developments on Google Music Radio and improved browsing. These are the most important changes:

  • Start radio for Tracks, Albums, and Artists. Also supported to start radio on My Library items.
  • Start radio by genres.
  • Added the ability to remove a radio station (use the context menu).
  • Context menus to allow for browsing between albums, artists and tracks.
  • Added support to rate tracks (like/dislike, unlike/don't dislike).
  • Added a menu to list recently added tracks.

Some of the open issues are:

  • Issue #16: Report recently played radio tracks back to Google. This requires some development on gmusicapi. Feel free to help on this.
  • Issue #50: Configuration knob for My Library affecting the association of tracks to albums.
  • Issue #51: Fix duplicated tracks in My Library.

This was really a hard step forward. Please, don't be rude if you find any issues. If you have comments use issue #52 to report problems. Be reminded that this is a spare time project.
