OCI integration
The Resource Principal Security is currently not implemented and should be.

Resource principal allows authentication against OCI using the current resource (such as a function in OCI).

#2894 brings in a class that currently throws UnsupportedOperationException.

We have deprecated our own OCI integration and we recommend using OCI SDK.
