The HIP should be updated to add the cases and the thresholds for location trust score.
This is from the blockchain channel:
WiFi heartbeats will have their trust score reduced to 0.25 if their location is more than 3,000 meters (3km) away from any of the hexes in their respective coverage object.
The max asserted distance deviation will be increased from 100 meters to 200 meters.
