TicGit.net is a small distributed issue tracker based on git. It uses 
GitSharp (Git#) for interaction with the ticket repository.

TicGit.net is free open source software and licensed under a
BSD license. It was inspired by Scott Chacon's ruby package "ticgit". 
TicGit.net is able to read tickets created with the ruby version.
