Summary
Implement configuration and scripts to run end-to-end tests against the local API Gateway, Lambdas, and DynamoDB. Note that these tests won't generate coverage reports because the Lambdas are deployed using a .zip file of the source code. Additionally, set up tests for the handler with mocked database methods to capture coverage.
