@christianhueserhzdr I'd like to migrate the next project to using Podman. In order to only require to create one image the project switches from Rocky to AlmaLinux (AlmaLinux is the officially supported EL-OS by GitLab). Since they are binary-compatible this does not have a real impact.

Dear Tobias @tobiashuste, I checked the PR, compared it with other PRs switching to podman, and did a molecule test. All is fine, though there are "required" jobs marked as "expected - waiting for status to be reported".
