(Powershell) Missing detection on PWSH alias

Describe the issue
pwsh is the name of the PowerShell Core binary since 6.0 (January 2018)
Might be a good thing to be able to use it for powershell

Which language seems to have the issue?

Are you using highlight or highlightAuto?
