Critical bugfix

Previously, always when opening the page, addon got stuck in infinite reload cycle. This version fixes it.

2.0.0 - Upgrade release

Now we use proper Wayback Machine Availability API instead of URL mangling.

1. Archived pages are being opened in new tab always from now on.
2. Private mode is supported. It may open first tab in new, also private, window, but all subsequent tabs will be opened in the same window. It's weird behavior, but as the privateness is being preserved, I'll do nothing about it.
3. Changed the addon structure so it'll conform to new jpm tool.
