Hive

The home for your digital money.

On September 28, 2013, Hive launched the alpha version of its first product, a Mac OS X Bitcoin wallet, which combined ease-of-use, convenience and security in manner accessible for any Bitcoin beginner. During the succeeding months, this wallet reached beta and post-beta stages, while both Hive Android and Hive Web were being developed.

Since then, Hive has undergone substantial evolution, shifting from being an exclusively Bitcoin-focused wallet, to a multi-currency platform for all digital tokens. With its internal app integration, Hive users are also able to discover many exciting uses of digital currencies, with different companies and services showcasing their offerings in a simple and tightly integrated manner.

With a focus on design, the Hive team has carefully crafted its interface so as to avoid the more complicated aspects brought by the technicalities of crypto-currency. From its various address book integrations, to transacting through the use of "Waggle", its geolocation system, Hive strives towards innovative technologies and methodologies that that eliminate the need for users to deal with unwieldy wallet addresses and ugly QR codes.

Hive believes in the power of social media as the strongest means of influencing more people to try and use crypto currencies. This is the reason why Hive integrates with the major social networks, allowing crypto users to rope in their friends via their personal accounts.

However, if the users have certain problems and issues regarding the services, they may be able to raise their concerns by contacting the support mail. FAQs are also included inside the products for them to be given clearer ideas on various items they wish to know more about.
