Linked Bottle of Warp

A Linked Bottle of Warp functions as a single-use teleportation item. In game it is differentiated from normal Bottles of Warp by its enchantment glint.

Obtaining

A Linked Bottle of Warp is created when a Crucible with a suspended Ender Rift and Warp Power is clicked by a Quartz Bottle.

To suspend an Ender Rift inside a Crucible, you must have an automatic system insert an Ender Pearl into a Crucible. Then, there is a chance equal to the amount of Warp already in the Crucible that an Ender Rift is created. The Rift will manifest as an area of portal particles around the Crucible. Any entity with the Crucible's range (configurable) will be teleported, which consumes the Rift. The only exception is entities that are holding a Ferrous Crystal; so to create the Bottle, you must hold a Ferrous Crystal in your inventory.

Usage

Simply click with the Bottle of Warp while you are in the dimension it was created in, and you will be transported to the location of the Crucible at that time. The Crucible need not still be there. If you are holding a Ferrous Crystal, teleportation is impossible, so you will be given a message and nothing will happen. The Bottle becomes an empty Quartz Bottle after one use.

Version 9+ only

If you use a Linked Bottle of Warp on a Rending Plinth, it will create an End Gateway above the Plinth to your destination. This effectively creates a permanent one-way portal.
