What is the purpose of these extensions?

Suggestion: Please define the purpose in the subpage. Apparently they are designed to provide grouping.

IMHO all CH extensions should have an explanation (eg in a separate section "Purpose") WHY this extension is needed/introduced and what is the semantic relationship to similar attributes in the related “shadow standard” CDA-CH V2
