As we decided to try to harmonize the existing codes and try to use SCT codes i started a draft (the easiest to view in the fsh-file linked). The current codes are as comments still included and I added some proposal SCT codes.
@PeroGrgic @pjolo @lpg-tech @JBleuer I would like to ask you for your feedback and input.
