Fixed issue where the docs broke after update. The following items were changed:
publicandresourcesfolders from the Git index. They should only exist dynamically..gitignorefile to ignore the public and resources folders.gh-pages.yamlfile to use updated actions. It was missing required Node configuration.hugo.tomlfile to correctly use the Docsy theme, which broke on the version update.package.jsonfile.go.modto use the Docsy dep.
