Employ a trick to embed Info.plist into the executable so that we can turn off the dock icon, and set the Qt build flag to tell it not to create a wrapper.

I've added in some options to set the page size and margins, and also to control whether remote web requests are allowed. I'm happy to make any change that you suggest.
