Use this notebook if you have a FASTA file containing one or more IDRs or a single sequence you wish to analyze.
Use this notebook if you have a FASTA file of protein sequences and wish to (1) predictor all IDRs, and for each IDR (2) calculate sequence properties and (3) predict ensemble properties.
