Release of network_ios as an xcframework

XCFrameworks contain both iOS (arm) code and iOS simulator (x86) code, making them easier for package maintainers (XcFrameworks updated on Dec 6, 2020 to add wake-on-lan).

First release of network_ios

Binary release for easy inclusion in sideloading projects
Commands included:

• ping
• nc (netcat)
• nslookup
• host
• dig
• telnet
  nslookup and telnet are interactive if you're using the latest version of OpenTerm source code.
