Summary

This PR improves code quality in the wear module by:

  • updating code marked as deprecated to the new, non-deprecated alternative and/or update annotations to ignore (app/common work continued)
  • removing some unused functions
  • cleaning up unused annotations for experimental Compose APIs that are no longer experimental
