Get Shelly RPC device gen from config entry data

After implementing Gen3, battery-powered devices do not return the gen property when not initialized. This change comes from this home-assistant-libs/aioshelly@babc7a4

This fix takes the gen value from the config entry. Additionally, I added the CONF_GEN constant.
