Proposed change
According to the spec (chapter 4.2.2.2.1) values
0
and0xFFFF
are "too low to be measured" and "measurement is invalid".The current behavior of mapping everything through the function leads to "too low" becoming 1 lux (still brighter than the full moon) and "invalid" becoming an immensely bright value. Instead they should be mapped to 0 lux and no value respectively.
