Update pyrisco to 0.6.5

Following issue #128489 , Updating lib pyrisco from 0.6.4 to 0.6.5 to be compatible with updated Risco Cloud version.

• Following Risco Cloud update, pyrisco lib has been updated accordingly ( OnFreund/pyrisco@4fa3607 // RiscoCloud 2024/10/14 update breaks GetState , fromControlPanel should be False, issue #25 OnFreund/pyrisco#26) , this PR aims to update homeassistant accordingly
• Test with updated lib has been done during 5 weeks with no issue in up to date homeassistant versions.
