Bump aiolifx to 1.1.2 and add new HomeKit product prefixes

Proposed change

Bump aiolifx to 1.1.2 and update the HomeKit product prefixes in manifest.json to enable support for the LIFX Permanent Outdoor lights. I also added a few prefixes that had been previously overlooked.
