Update denonavr to 0.11.3

This PR updates denonavr library to 0.11.3 (changelog).
Aside from small fixes, receivers with a healthy telnet connection use telnet commands to interact with the receiver with this dependency update. This saves us from creating new TCP connection for REST calls.
