User Profile Language Setting Not Saving For English

Browser and Operating System:

Windows 10 Chrome v70 (happens in incognito as well)
Description of problem:

When I navigate to my own user profile the language drop down never shows "English" even if I set the drop down properly to "English" and navigate away it does not save. There is no save or submit button for this panel either so not sure if I missed something.

Steps:

1. Login to HA lovelace UI
2. Select user profile icon
3. Change drop down language to English
4. Navigate to another page
5. Navigate back to user profile
