Fix logbook search when live update is disabled

Proposed change

Actually in the logbook view (/logbook) the update is put on pause when the user scroll and hide the first line.
If the user make a search when the first line is hidden, the wait circle is shown and the search result is never displayed.
The only way to restore the logbook is to change page and come back, and make search only without scrolling.

The proposed change is to unpause the update when a search is made.
