Handle automation and dashboard drag and drop at the element level

Proposed change

The drag and drop are directly handle by individual elements. It fix the current issue with have with actions and triggers inside selector. It also adds support for drag and drop in config flow.

Main changes

The drag and drop logic has been updated for dashboard, automations and area config:

• automation triggers
• automation conditions
• automation actions
• automation options (inside choose action)
• dashboard badges
• dashboard cards
• dashboard sections
• areas

The old logic with item path has been fully removed.

Other changes

• The options for choose action has been migrated to a dedicated component to be consistent with others element (action, condition and trigger).
• The UI jump has been fixed when dragging an area to a zone in the area dashboard
