Use sections view when creating a new view

Proposed change

• Use sections view when creating a new view
• The experimental flag is removed
• The default view is now the section view (if the user delete all the yaml of the view).

• Dependency upgrade
• Bugfix (non-breaking change which fixes an issue)

• Breaking change (fix/feature causing existing functionality to break)
• Code quality improvements to existing code or addition of tests
