Fix a crash in compute-unused-entities

Proposed change

If a user has some card anywhere on their dashboard that contains the following yaml:

entities: 
  - null

It will cause a crash in compute-unused-entities, leading them to be unable to create any new cards (+Add Card) will just show a blank dialog.

This makes the computation more robust against unexpected yaml.
