Quarks is an open source programming model and runtime for edge devices that enables you to analyze streaming data on your edge devices.
The quarks.documentation project includes resources that help you learn how to create your own Quarks applications.
To update top menu bar, open _includes/docHeader.html and update the links in there.
To add new documentation, add a new document under the "docs" directory. The javascript should be able to generate table of content automatically.
The table of content is sorted by "weight", which can be specified in the header of the markdown document.
