Remove intermediate files from building the IE version

You accidentally ended up with a few hundred Megabytes of intermediate build files in the repo. It is my personal recommendation that you put serious thought to scrubbing them from the repo.

egads... yeah.. I knew very little (still know very little) about the IE build process that guy put together - I haven't had the chance to test it yet. I'll need to find some time to look at it and delete unnecessary files...

Would it be handy for me to sort this out? I'm sitting on a box with IE/Visual Studio and so wouldn't mind setting the .gitignore up to block those files and destroying the history of them? I agree that it is pretty frustrating to have to checkout such a large repo when it's only JS!

Ah I didn't quite grab the correct end of the stick - we currently don't
have an IE version implemented? Hmm, I'll take a look at it this evening.
