navigation panel
The account switcher drop down is blocked by the Navigation by panel. This prevents use of the account switcher as when you scroll your mouse over the Navigation by panel.

Using latest checkout as of this post and Firefox 19.02.

I discussed this a couple weeks ago with AndyTubu but making it a ticket to help keep it from being forgotten.
