Regardless I think 0.11.0 should be added to the build.

Generally speaking it might be nice to fetch the latest version and include it as well.

We need to implement #197 first. The main change should just be using workspace instead of env but I need some time to walk everything through with 0.11. This is captured in #142. Are there some features in 0.11 you need right away?
