补全技能树
- 前端，2019 继续深挖
- Node.js 客户端
- Node.js 服务端（2019 todo）
- Swift 有一款应用上线（2019 todo）
- Flutter 有一款应用上线（2019 todo）
- Java 领域熟悉，能够进行日常开发（2019 todo）
技术分享
- 对内技术分享次数记不清了，后面需要记录，印象中是 6 次
- 对外技术分享 1 次，0 到 1 的突破吧
- 参加了 3 次业内技术分享，《GMTC》、《Node Party》、《iWeb 2018》
- 2019 年对内希望保持每月 1 次，对外一年 2 次的分享
产品化
- 2018 完成了 “前端工程化”、“性能优化” 领域的产品化实践
- 2019 年上半年，希望上线一款 Mac/IOS 应用
独立开发者之路

2019 是希望自己成为独立开发者的元年。

管理能力是需要继续培养的。
