buggy exports. CRS is not recognized + No attributes. #75

Used download point dated as of today in http://export.hotosm.org/fr/jobs/6352
2 issues:

  • CRS is not recognized in QGIS 2.2
  • nothing shows up and the attributes table appears as empty when opened

this is related to the SHP file limit (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Shapefile#Limitations)

some of the tools can create larger SHP files, but those are not usually readable by other common software

We could handle it by:

  • if the large SHP files are not usable, we should not create them
  • inform user that SHP files are not compatible with most software

Changed deprecated EPSG:3785 PRJ non recognized by ArcGIS by EPSG:3857 tested on ArcGIS. Should solve hotosm#94, hotosm#80, hotosm#76 and
