Is this PR related to deploying the fastapi changes into https://tasks-stage.hotosm.org/ If so, then we may not need it as we are currently using .github/workflows/ecs-deploy.yml which was setup by yogesh back then. The workflow deploys from |

What type of PR is this? (check all applicable)
@prabinoid @nischalstha9 @mahesh-naxa from the hotfix this week we overrode the staging deployment to test- this will revert it back.
