Current behavior

The "Pack Order" modal does not open, and the user is blocked from creating a shipping label.

Expected behavior

The "Pack Order" modal should open, allowing the user to proceed with packing the order and creating a new shipping label.

Steps to reproduce the issue

Go to completed tab and open the order detail page of an order.
Void the shipping label for the order.
Unpack the order.
Refresh the URL.
Click on the "Pack" button to pack the order again.
