What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Our current system for importing inventory CSV files may face performance issues when dealing with large datasets, especially files exceeding 20MB and containing up to 2,200,000 records. To improve the efficiency and reliability of the CSV import process, we propose enhancing support for handling large volumes of data.
