What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently, when a job fails, users need to navigate to the job's logs to understand the reason for the failure. This process can be time-consuming and may hinder the debugging process.

What are the acceptance criteria?

Failed job should display the failure reason for easier debugging.
