What is the motivation for adding/enhancing this feature?

Currently, as the backend mechanism for managing webhooks is being changed, so we need to disable the webhook management from the app.

Created this ticket based on the discussion with webhooks issue.

This causes issues in prod so we should do this sooner rather than later

Removed: webhook support from the app(hotwax#786)

Removed the UI for displaying webhooks, not removed any other related logic as we will be adding the support once the backend schema is updated
