We should upgrade playwright but then I ran into some dependency issues that `npx playwright install-deps` wouldn't fix. Not willing to spend time on this now.

This pins Ubuntu to deal with older playwright failing to install
We should upgrade playwright. I tried, but then I ran into a rabbit hole with dependencies to run browser tests on ubuntu. In theory
npx playwright install-depsshould take care of those, but this didn't work for me. Not willing to spend more time on this now.
