Description
Next to the already existing toolbar "balloon", the editor should also support the "classic" toolbar for usage in other places then the board, eg in the news section
Plus, add support for image insert via URL only.

Changes
Due to the second mode "classic toolbar" the usage of the editor package changes (breaking change):
the wanted mode now needs to be configured explicitly.
Run the provided sample for more details
Image URL support needed to be added in order to allow legacy content in news section
