Problem Statement - The Dial 100 System receives GPS data from 1,000 FRVS on 27 X 7 basis. These GPS data are points where the FRVS are moving/travelling in the stare. Using the point data, the solution should intelligently create/update the road data layer available at Dial 100 Control Room.
