  • Upgrade to Oskari 2.9.0-1
  • Replace Ibatis implementations with MyBatis
  • Migrate hsy migrations to work with new version of Flyway
    • Ignored ammassuo and seutumaisa/seutumassa migrations for now
    • DB from test or production environment should be used as the new baseline
  • Switch from hierarchical-layerlist to layerlist
  • Change the way Seutumassa Action Routes check if they should be enabled
    • seutumassa.enabled property needs be configured to true
      • Previously the code checked if seutumaisa was included in active flyway modules, but since we dropped seutumaisa that's no longer viable
  • Various other touch-ups and refactorings

1.6.0 (or 1.6.0-SNAPSHOT without commit 201c9e1 to be precise) is currently installed and running in all services.
