docs: reorganise content inside README

• Check the commit's or even all commits' message styles matches our requested structure.
• Check your code additions will fail neither code linting checks nor unit test.

Short description of what this resolves:

The README file was not updated for a long time. Need more rework but it's a first change.

Proposed changes:

• Add more divisions and text to enhance the quality of the README file.
