When a user initializes the library for use they can now supply an array of protocols to extend the number which can be identified by the linkscanner. Connected to httpreserve/tikalinkextract#6

This commit gives users the ability to specify custom protocols in an extensions file so that uri-types that may not be as well-known can be identified by the link scanner. Examples might include those used by content management systems as internal mechanisms of accessing information. Connected to #6

Hi!
I'm using the windows binary 64-bit release from here:
https://github.com/httpreserve/tikalinkextract/releases/tag/0.0.2
It works great .However I have more link types that I want to find, for example pw://ProjectWise.ProjectWise.com
Is it possible to add more link types to look for? Maybe by providing a CLI option that points to a file with additional file types to look for?
