New APIs should be added for this feature.

  • New fields as flags in App and Session to set debugging mode and track http headers.
  • New method in Result to decode the debugging information.

refs #28. implements debug mode and App#ParseCodeInfo api.

* implement debug mode per graph api v2.3 document.
* deprecate all tests against v1.0 as it will not be supported by facebook soon.
* new App#ParseCodeInfo to parse code with machine id.
